Sooo after the first ride, I'm totally happy with it. I should have bought this one to Begin with. Some people I have heard saying that the customer service is crap. So far they have supported me and responded.

This is the best scooter I have bought it is really powerful and it is accurate to what it said online. I really love the turn signals. I like how all the lights are super bright so everyone can see you at night and it’s the best.
This is a great scooter, especially for the price. I’ve cycled through a number of charges and it continuously keeps it’s expectations for mileage. The torque on the motor is amazing, it will even spin the front tire on take off. Super easy to put together-literally 4 screws. Tires are decent, a little soft, but that’s my only critique.
This is my first time buying an e-bike but not my first time riding one… I compared several folding e-bikes for months until I decided this was the best make and model for our needs. The e-bike arrived a few days earlier than shown on the tracking invoice and arrived 95% assembled and with all the tools needed for assembly. I like a lot of the features on this e-bike like the working tail light that gets brighter when you apply the brakes like a motorcycle and the LED headlight. The large LED display is easy to read and use and it shows the status of the e-bike by simply pressing the mode button for a few seconds. The 2.5 mph walk function is very useful when you need to push the e-bike up stairs.
This is a really good e-bike, it’s very sturdy and has great speed and acceleration. Big 26″ tires, easy to use and maneuver, great battery life, I’ve never had an issue with battery life. If I had one complaint it would be that the bike is so heavy… glad it’s electric or I wouldn’t be able to push it up the stairs haha, great bike!
Had been considering an escooter for long and got it finnal when it was giving a great deal for sale. I have to say it’s so convenient for a short distance commute and go around the neighborhood for workout. Easy to assembly, to control, also small enough can fold it up and put into the trunk. Good acceleration, and decent range. Highly recommend for its value.
