Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy for scooters/bikes, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer will be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All product returns must be in the original packaging. Returns without the original packaging will not be accepted. If you insist on returning it, an additional fee of $200 will be deducted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: We do not accept returns due to reasons such as the bike/scooter cannot be registered, requires a driver’s license to drive, or is illegal.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancel order

If you cancel your order before we start processing your order, you can receive a full refund.
If you request to cancel the order after we start processing your order, your refund will be deducted from the corresponding handling fees (including transaction fees, logistics fees, and warehouse operation fees)
This time is based on the time we see your request to cancel the order, not the time you send it. Our working time is GMT+8 9:00AM-18:00PM

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received the package and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Note: Once the replacement parts/accessories are sent out, order cancellation and return and refund are not supported, including but not limited to purchasing the wrong parts and no longer needing the parts.

Refurbished Products

Please note that refurbished products are sold at a special price and do not provide after-sales service or warranty, nor support returns and refunds. If repairs or replacement parts are required after purchase, you are responsible for purchasing the necessary parts.
